Resharper 4.1 and 4.5

Ilya on Resharper 4.1 and 4.5:

"4.1 receives only critical hotfixes, mostly when VS crashes or otherwise completely fails to work. We are actively working on 4.5 and going to open EAP pretty soon. Stay tuned."
